I have a sainsburys interview tommorow for a counter assistant what will I be asked? Any ideas ?!!!?

Here are some questions I have been asked when interviewing for different jobs: Tell me a little about yourself. What qualities did your favorite/least favorite boss have? What positive thing would your last boss say about you? What qualities do you bring to a team? What do you think would be the hardest part about this job? Why you you be successful at this job? Why do you want this job? ETA: How would you deal/have you dealt with a difficult customer? good luck!

I hope that others will be offering their suggestions, but if not, then you will have to think 'on your feet', and I suggest that when you are asked a question, think how a customer would be likely to respond to the situation. Sainsbury is all about serving customers, and so, offering a given customer the service he is after, can't be far wrong.

Why do you want the job? What skills will you bring? Any qualifications? If you got good ones, they might offer you better job. Why should they choose you? DONT FORGET ask them some simple questi ons, it shows that you are intrested. EG. What sort of enviroment will i be working? Are the staff friendly? DO NOT!!! ask what will you do, this shows that lack of commitment. You dont even know what your apply for.
