Most people who are shopping for clothes don't know what they are looking for. your opening question should not be " do you need any help?" It should be " Are you looking for something in particular?" here is the tricky part. you already know they are looking, right? I guarantee you that when you ask people if they need any help, 89% percent of the time they say " oh no i'm just looking" so by asking " Are you looking for something in particular?" It leaves them with only one answer. " yes " Then you just take it from there. Be confident on what your selling and treat people how you would like to be treated. HOPEFULLY THAT HELPS
