Are data entry jobs in real?

Is there any REAL online data entry jobs out there?

  • After just getting through a scam by http://www.online-data-entry-jobs.com/, (Which by the way is a scam), I am seeking a real online job that pays very well. I dont mind paying to ...show more

  • Answer:

There are only two legit data entry sites I know of and neither are hiring or plan to be any time soon. Anyone offering a "job" shouldn't be charging you for anything (some do require a background check that you must pay for). If you're having to pay it's either a scam or a business opportunity. Chacha is hiring. You won't make a fortune there, but it's extra money for easy online work with NO INVESTMENT. They do train and training doesn't take long. You can get more info at becomeaguide.chacha.com. If you do apply please enter my email as the referring email [email protected].

Lots of luck on that one. You and million-s of other people are looking for the same thing. And for the most part, such "jobs" don't exist. You pay us first is a major warning sign. About the only people who make any real money are those who start their own web site.

Fallen Star

You pretty much got to have computer skills to work at home though, or start your own business with whatever skills you have.

This question gets asked many times and people eventually are repeating the same answers. Yes there are scams'..., yes there are jobs, there are thugs, there is unskilled people, the big great world is out there, internet or high street is the same!

You can find a huge number of freelance jobs which can be done from home. You can register for free at: http://www.homewebjobs.com/freelance.htm Hope this helps!

Data entry is done by OCR - computer - since the 80's. The technology is pretty impressive - you should read up on it. Just about anything for online jobs is a scam. Excuse me absolutely everything will be a scam CNN did a review on these - not one real one...

Go with the flow

I am currently a member with one particular 'work at home' group and they are legal. They are registered as an online marketing business and members which make significant earnings must pay tax.
