How can I get what I think is a blood blister on my tongue to heal?

nothing, it will go away on its own, just leave it alone, in a couple days it will be gone.

let it heal on its own, if it does pop, maybe swoosh some salt water around it to keep it clean, and avoid stuff like mouth wash that might irritate it because of the alcohol in it...
