IF they have a phone number writte it down contact them and ask questions of who owns the business, what is the business registered as and if they are registered with the bbb and regardles of whatever they tell you contact the bbb to verefy the business or your local city officials to enquire about laws regarding online jobs.

Any paying job even a 1099 as compared to a W2 position if legitamate will require registration which include a SSN or EIN. If they don't it should send up red flags left and right, as more than likely, they are a scam. The reason, if you are really paid, the IRS needs to know. Otherwise its an under the table deal, and who knows if you will be paid, and then who would want to be associated with an outfit advocating tax evasion either.
