I would start downtown and you can hit SEVERAL dozen just in the downtown area. I would get something there and then branch out to other areas to see what other options you might have. Start of 6th and the wharehouse district. with your license and experience it should be easy to find something- the question is how good of a place will it be- if you can afford it I would take a whole week to get settled and visit as many places as possible- visit bars, nightclubs, hotels, restaurancts, etc.
