    honestly, prayer. and on a less religious note, meditation and leaving the work place for lunch breaks. stepping outside for any breaks given. friends AWAY from the job for advide that you know have a good perspective on things. and just trying to see everything in a positive way.

Exactly what Daria~ posted. I had to answer calls from victims of hurricanes Katrina and Wilma. Many people were upset that they had not received their check form their insurance and they wanted to rip into the first person they could get on the line. It was difficult to answer phones because so many people needed help but I was just a temp helping with the work load. =( Many times I had to take a walk around the building or go outside so what I was doing wont affect me to my core.
