How do I get back on my regular sleep schedule?

    set alarm for like 10am an stay up that day hopefully then you'll be able too fall asleep before 6am... good luck oh and take a couple pm's that night about 11-12pm

it happened to me that before..but i keep udjusting my time..better sleep early even you not feel sleepy....make a time scheduled for the day or night..believe me it will gonna work out..

discipline is your only hope. ive been doing the same and im back at work on monday. tonight im going to bed on time and waking up to my alarm clock a bit later than normal waking up time. might help to make sure youre tired in time for normal bed time. (ie set your alarm to wake you up well before 2pm one day so youll be tired at 9:30pm)

man im having the same problem, wish i knew. i dont really need to wake up early, but i hate waking up at noon.
