Does sleeping at daytime and stay awake all night affect you in any way?

I've really lost control of my sleeping time and now I go to sleep at around 2PM wake up at 7PM, And stay awake the rest of the night, which is my day. Is that bad in any way, ...show more

Well sometimes I do night shift and then when I switch back to days it is difficult. Sometimes I find myself going to bed a 5 am and then waking up at 12 midday to start work at 2pm. I find I usually feel lacking in energy and it is difficult to concentrate, I also get a sickly feeling in my tummy and my bowel motions become less regular. There is a hormone that your body makes when exposed to sun light that shift workers miss out on or the body makes it just before they go to bed which is the wrong time it should be just after you wake up. And so as a long term effect it actually shortens your life (according to studies)

i have been doing that for almost a week now. sleeping around 10am and waking around 5 or 6pm. it doesnt affect me much but it feels weird cuz usually all things are done in the morning , work etc.. so i feel alil weird that i'm not there the whole morning and afternoon hours bu it didnt affect my health.
