    Very well! It was a 911 call for my toddler daughter who had a febrile seizure. We engaged the help we needed while waiting for the fire department and rescue squad. My husband held her at our front porch, and I monitored her breathing while watching for the ambulance.. I had to do both, because the panic, was too much for me to just stand there watching her and not being able to help. She is okay now, thanks to EVERYONE managing stress well!

I ran. I got on the treadmill and ran until I couldn't run anymore. It helps a ton. I also write stuff down, or get a friend who will just let you vent. saying stuff out loud often helps too.
