My knee feels very swollen could there be a fluid in it?

My knee feels very tight and I can't hardly bend it or it hurts. Could this be fluid. What can I do.?

    oh i think i have this disease sort of thing, well its called osgoodschlatter. it coems from teh joint basically now tell me if there is like a bump on your knee because thats wat happens to mine. i can barley play sports, it happens to kids who are over active meaning playing sports a lot. its not bad for playing sports, but my doctor said that i ahve to quit sports for a bout 6-7 months but it took me a year to get beetter , he said that if i didnt quit i would end up in a cast for about a year i hope this helps!!

Soak it in the tub or hot tub if you have access to one. I suggest what my husband's doctor had him try its called "Move On" it is a glucosamine tablet. It takes about 2 months to start working but he hasn't had any troubles since he started, ask your own doctor if glucosamine is okay for you to take.

Oh dear. I don't know much about this, but you should see a doctor about the pain. In the mean time, get some Epsom Salts so you can take a bath with them. They sooth muscle and joint pain, and they really work. I hope that helped a bit, good luck.
