It depends how long its been since you scraped it. But it sounds like you need to soak it, (try a warm bath) and wash it well, then put something like neosporin or other antibiotic ointment on it, cover it with a bandaid. repeat this for a few days and if it gets more red, hot, or painful, then call the doctor.
