    Use vitamin E chapstick to keep it moist. It will be healed and decreased swelling after days.

Hi,, yea you can put on as long its not in the mouth,, And it will heal fine. I had stitches in my lip and you cant tell,,,OK no worries

Yes, you can put neosporin on the lip, but I wouldn't put it on right away. I would first let the lip air out for a couple of hours first unless the cut did not just occur. Then, I would put neosporin on it and once that seeps in I would put some vasaline on it and have her put some on before she goes to bed. Her lips will go back to normal. I hope she will feel better.
