How long does it take for my sprained ankle to heal, and what should i do to make it heal faster?

    Ice it several times a day, elevate it and take Ibuprofen. Don't rush it.

You can't 'make' it heal faster it takes time. Just don't use it and keep doing what your doing now. You should go to the doctor asap though. Usually the it doesn't take very long. I sprained my ankle and foot at the same time playing baseball last year and the doctor thought it was a break but was only a bad sprain. Took a week or a week and a half to heal and I was staying off of it for that time.
