Will there be more season of 'Peep Show?

Any news of what Classic Doctor Who monsters will show up in season 5 of the New Doctor Who series?

• I understand The Cybermen will turn up agian in the next Doctor Who Christmas Special! I'm hoping Ice Warriors will show up in Season 5, or Yeti or even the Timelady, The Rani!

  Steven Moffat hasn't even started writing anything for series 5 of Doctor Who yet, although I'm sure he is already outlining his ideas. So nobody knows yet what enemies or monsters are going to be in the 2010 series. Moffat has said in recent interviews, however, that he thinks it's more important to come up with new and fresh ideas for Doctor Who than to dwell on the shows past, so it's possible that there might not be any returning monsters from the classic series in series 5. If he does decide to include classic monsters, however, my money would be on the Great intelligence and the Yeti, or perhaps the Ice warriors (two of the biggest name iconic monsters that are yet to appear in the new series). The Great intelligence and it's Yeti robots in particular would be very suitable to fit in with Moffat's dark and scary story telling sensibilities. Personally I would love to see a sequel to "The Web of Fear", which was to my mind the single most terrifying story from the classic series (see link below). There is also a rumour going around that Russel. T Davies might be bringing back the Silurians or the Sea Devils in one of the 2009 specials, based on an off-hand remark he made in an interview.
