Take an antihistamine. like benadryl. Use hydrocortisone or calamine lotion on the sting area

SSP Bowl Dude

After a bee stings, your body releases mast cells which releases histamine. Histamine causes inflammation. In order to counter this you just simply take an antihistamine. A product you can use is bennadryl.

Did you get all of the stinger out? If not, take a credit card or id or something of that sort and using the side of it, scrape along the site of the sting to scrape out the stinger. Once it's all out, put ice on it and take advil/ibuprofen. If you develop symptoms such as shortness or breath, difficulty breathing, etc. go to an ER immediately.

I've heard that baking soda works.
