There is one tablet known by the name B-complex tablets. Those tablets are famous and also really good. B-complex should always be taken at morning times after breakfast or in the afternoons as we will be engaged in our busy work mostly in the day, but not at night. Better to take fresh veg and fruits. For e.g., in case of antibiotics we get one combination for motions and another for cold and cough. But the manufacturing of these tablets may contain 2 or more combinations, one chemical may be the same in both the tablets, but the other chemical varies, and can be used according to our illness or as per doctors advice. And another thing is now antioxidants are avilable in the market, which helps our body to throw out the bio-chemical waste that is produced in our body due to usage of different medicines.
