Staged, just as many other shows such as all of the so-called 'reality' shows. There is nothing 'real' about them. There is no way any producer is going to spend millions of dollars on a TV show and just throw a bunch of people in front of a camera and see what happens. It's scripted, plain and simple. They have to make sure there is a show, therefore the need for a script. I have no problem with that if there is an audience for it..(which I don't get, but that's just my opinion) But I DO have a problem with them trying to pass these shows off as real. People need to stop being so naive.
