How do you stop a cut lip from bleeding?

It will stop bleeding on it's own, don't worry about it. If it doesn't stop bleeding, then well, you have a clotting problem and it's a good thing you found out from just a small cut.

You are just going to have to keep applying pressure on it for a while and it will stop , I know its annoying but in time you will prevail.

put an ice pack on it.

you have to put flour on it and wait 5 min.

After 10-15 of of applying ice, it kept bleeding. The stepic pencil only worked when I placed the pencil on the wound and applied pressure with a towel and held it for about 2 minutes.

have you tried a styiptic pencil? people use this (mostly men) for cuts when thet shave,its a powder you drizzle onto the cut,i heard it stops the bleeding right away.

Apply an ice pack [or ice cubes wrapped in a wash cloth] and gentle pressure... : )

apply pressure wrap some thing around it. i dont think ice will help much. iv ehad a cut b4 that bled for a long time and that what i did
