What kind of things should I put in a First Aid Kit?

Pretty much anything you want or feel you need. Too much is not a bad thing. You should have the essentials like rubber gloves (always protect yourself), water (to clean cuts), band aids, gauze, tape, scissors, anti-bacterial cream, and hand wipes. For baby sitting that's probably all you need, but if the child has some special needs you may need to just add things that you feel our necessary. Another good suggestion of things you should have for kids or any one in general is have a contact/ med list. On it you would have the persons name, age, contacts etc. as well as any pertinent medical history, medications taken and allergies just in case some thing bad happens. Hope that helps
