When does Conan take over the Tonight Show?

    Letterman isn't "stuck". It's all his choice - and good choices at that. Letterman is the BEST of the late night hosts. Leno should fall off the planet and Conan should keep the Tonight Show.

Fallon might appeal to younger audiences but he would not be suited for the 11:35 pm audience. This is Conan's domain. Conan is doing well, and what Leno and NBC are doing to him is a travesty of what's right and decent. Leno should've retired after he stepped down as host of the Tonight Show. Now, because he stuck around and had poor ratings for his 10:00 pm show, he probably feels compelled to redeem himself and go back to his old 11:35 pm time slot - at the expense of Conan.

Jimmy Fallon and Craig Feguson have very small audiences compared to Dave Letterman. Just because something works on late night doesn''t mean you can move it forward. I think that Conan's numbers are lower now, then when he was on Late night.
