So, try and keep it light,neutral so u can grow with it.My mom got my older sister that French Provincial, with the white canopy bed, desk/vanity table, dresser, and the bookcase, which I HATED! I only got it because I inherited it when she went off to college. HATED IT!!!!!!! When my mom died,she asked me if I wanted it and I said, " UH UH!! you take it!" She was hurt, and years later, I told her I never wanted that set,instead I wanted ballerina stuff, like bedspread,pillow shams, ect. This was back be4 themes.. like TMN turtles, spiderman, ect. get something u actually love and will not change your mind on later on...
