I have a SafeLink phone. It comes in real handy when I don't have funds for minutes on my other phone. However, adding minutes is a stupidly inaccessible process. I bought a $20 Track card to add minutes to my Safe Link card, and was unable to add the minutes. It kept saying it was an invalid card number and hung up on me. Trying to get to an actual person was a nightmare. I think I'll look into the Sprint and Virgin programs...
