Do you think dreams are a message from some higher source?

I have had some dreams that have actually happened, then I have had dreams that were completely pointless, I think dreams are just your imagination, but I do think a higher source will put dreams into your head when they need to!

I have a few examples to support both. I had dreams after my brother died with him in them. He was telling me he was ok, we were actually in his new home, and it made me feel so much better knowing "he" told me this. My other one was a typical sex dream...nothing odd just sex like anyone else might dream. But I had stopped having sex with my girlfriend after my brothers death. This dream was a while after and I did feel like "doin it" again. So we did and all was better. Now recently, she doesn't want to have sex anymore!!! Maybe she needs a dream too?

Why prove a spiritual premise? This is a male issue. Anyway, I would say that dreams come from a lot of different sources: all of which are our higher source. Sometimes, they come from fears, sometimes they are mere entertainment to keep us asleep so that we can regenerate and renew, and sometimes they are psychic messages and warnings. As "proof," I had a dream in July of 1994 that my father would die at the age of 54. I was keeping a dream journal and wrote the dream down (which I have to this day) He was only 53 at the time and in good health. On June 1, 1995, just two months after he turned 54, he died.

i think all dreams are an answer or desire that God wants you to do. But then again God doesn't want you to go sleep with someone before marriage or cheat on your spouse.
