The outerbanks in NC is a great spot to surf but surf can get really big there. I live and surf in new jersey and it is a great spot to learn.

vvirginia i live in florida we usualy get small waves sometimes a swell will come though i've visited virginas beaches very often with my cousins surf is pretty good most of the time check on surfline .com to find a good spot
