  Otangs are not great wheels at all. Very overpriced and overhyped. They ovalize and wear very quickly. Their urethane is only good for high speed sliding. The 4prez and in-heats are decent wheels for downhill though. If you really want good wheels check out Abec11, Metro Motions, Cult, and Sector 9 Race Formulas If you purchase from http://milehighskates.com/ you get free bearings and bearing spaces, but if you purchase them from any other place you are most likely going to need 8mm bearings to fit your 8mm axles. Expensive bearings are a complete waste of money. Stick with bearings that are under $15. MileHighSkate bearings are one of the best bearings out there and are $8 a set.
