If its comfortable its too big, if it hurts its too small, if its uncomfortable to walk around in but feel fine when you`re climbing thats the right size. Just a little empirical sizing guide Some people go anywhere from 1/2size to a full 2 sizes smaller than their sneaker. How much is too much? Its upto you. You`re not going to be walking around or standing around in them, but the pain of the shoe shouldnt effect your climbing
