Where can i go primitive camping in northeast ohio or close by there?

Study the locations of Ohio State Forests. You will see that they are not located northeast, but are found south and centraleast. Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania likely suits your needs. However, study the dispersed camping regulations and do not deface living trees for your "shelter." There is enough forest vandalism already.
