    The only time I would ware a neck brace is if I had already have a neck problem. A neck brace limits head movement and the necks flexibility. Find neck exercises to strengthen your neck muscles.

I have the leatt adventure. It has worked great for me. I'm 5'11" and about 185. Pretty sure i have the medium. I mean I was riding a private track and flipped a few times ripping through the whoops pretty hard in high 4th. I think the neck brace probably saved me.

bionic is stronger and you can still look either side of you making you more aware of whats coming up behind you you need a chest plate thats campatible with it tho
