No. Once you buy a game the points are gone. However, you can delete downloaded games if you need more blocks (room) to download other content.

No, with anything you use "points", once you buy something the points are gone. Same thing with Xbox points too. Its like buying a game at a store, once you open it you can't just take it back to the store. I recommend renting it, or trying a free demo before you actually buy it.
