    Why get an ipod touch? Get a 120GB zune. I never had any problems with mine and I still have a lot of room to fill it up. Though you wont really be able to use it for games but music and vids it has you covered.

Get an ipod touch...now with the recent release just yesterday, its cheaper and has more memory. Its a device with excellent audio quality. and the screen is very vibrant and shows more deeper blacks. As for gaming the ipod touch just got a graphics and processor boost so it should handle games better and with none or less lag. I would go with the iPod because along with the gaming it has 75,000 more apps to choose from and with the new mic you can also make VOIP calls (ex. Skype calls)
