How do you download games from the ps3 to a psp?

XBOX 360 or PS3 or PSP 3000 to chip and download games?

Don't care which one as long as I can play games.

Feel free to chip a 360 but you will get banned from live unless you create your own network and they bring they're own tv's and 360s round. Or do things the legal route and buy games unless your hard up

With either you will have trouble playing them online but me and my group of friends prefer gaming on the pc because you can download games and play almost all of them online. I know of the 3 the psp and the 360 can be altered to play copied games but the ps3 cant
