What are some good character customization games for the 360?

What good games on the pc has alot of character customization.?

i am looking for any kind of game on the pic that had a very very good character customization on it.it be online or just single player game but please dont put Oblivion.I have tryed ...show more

"Test Drive Unlimited" has some customisation. "Fable" has some...not as much as Oblvion though "Borderlands" I think does. "Fallout 3" (and "New Vegas") "The Movies" It's a different sort of game though. U don't move your own character around.
