I'm looking for a good game in the $20 range. I'm not a big fan of fps and I already have an MMO. I'm looking for a good rpg.(I dont have any consoles)

I'd suggest dragon age for the rpg. For other games, I'd suggest an rts. I prefer Starcraft 2, but Command and Conquer is a good series as well
