Is there a way to connect my ipad with a wire to my PC and get my PC screen on my ipad?

Unfortunately no, but this is something that I wished we could do, and may be possible eventually with newer device. The ipad can only output its display and cannot accept input to its display. There are things called usb monitors that do essentially what you are talking about here but you cannot do it with ipad or any tablet to my knowledge. But in the future we may see this as people become used to using multiple screens more. You can do this wirelessly however with a remote desktop app, which essentially makes your computer stream its display to your ipad or tablet. Search the app store of your choice for "remote desktop" to find one
