It'll need to scan your computer first, but it's perfectly safe (I've used it multiple times). When it's done, (which won't take more than a minute) it'll tell you if you meet the minimum requirements. Or if you don't, then it'll show what you need to upgrade to meet them.

There are very few games that support Intel HD graphics. You didn't specify which Intel HD you have, but just assume that you won't be able to play any of the current-gen games you listed with a smooth framerate, except for MineCraft. Intel HD graphics are an entry-level grapics solution that wasn't made for gaming.
