Can you play Wii U games on the Wii?

Let me paraphrase your question to show you the obvious error in your logic... * Can you play Wii games in your N64? * Can you play PS3 games in your PS1? * Can you play CD's in your record player? * Can you play 3DS games in your Game Boy? The obvious answer here is a clear & definite NO! If you want to play a Wii U game, you will need a Wii U. There's no way around it.

No. Wii U games will work only with the Wii U, just like Xbox 360 games only work on the Xbox 360 or how SNES worked only the SNES (at the time).
