Can i save wii virtual console games to an sd memory card and then transer it to another wii?

or can i just download them from the computer then transerfer them to my wii. IS this possible

No, when this a Virtual Console/Wii Ware Title is downloaded to your System it is assigned to your specific console. You can move it to the SD Card and back to your system again, but that is it. It can not be transferred to another Wii. The plus side of this, if you delete it off of your system, and need to redownload it, this can be done easily... Downside is, if anything ever happens to your system, you are up creek without a paddle on the hook for your downloads unless nintendo allows out of the kindness of their hearts for you to have them on a new console if the other one breaks. Anyways, sorry but like everyone else, if you wanna play it at a friends house or something, ya gotta take your console with you, or buy another copy of it on their own console.
