Left 4 dead (xbox 360)??

Why were left 4 dead 1 and 2 released for xbox 360 but not PS3?

    Well one reason was the last time they released something for the PlayStation 3 they couldn't manage it themselves, EA did the port and it had some major problems. Also to this day Valve stands by their belief that "the PlayStation 3 is hard to program for" even though everyone else seems to manage just fine and refuse to release anymore Valve games PlayStation 3 until they can do it actually do it themselves and considering who leads them (Gabe Newell, if you look him on on Google you'll see some interesting things about him, I'm not posting them here because a lot of them resort to foul language) that could be awhile.

Valve thinks its difficult to program for the PS3. I know it sucks left 4 dead is awesome, but valve for some reaon, I think either 1) Likes microsoft too much or 2) Doesn't want to make shitty port for the PS3 like other some other developers. I think I heard that they are gonna start making games for the PS3, I am not sure though.
