Yeah you could route traffic through your laptop. You need to setup the gateway and DNS on the 360 to point the laptop and a few other things but if you don't know how IP protocols work I'd suggest just forgetting about it. You need a switch for the laptop and and 360 so forget it, just buy another wireless access point an make a bridge for the 360 to connect to the router. Look up wireless bridges or ethernet to wireless convertors.
