I have a wired Xbox 360 controller, and I run Vista Ultimate OS. Is there any way that I can use the Xbox 360 controller as a mouse on my computer?

As a mouyse... not really. You would neet to be able to connect it via a USB, and would also need the correct software. Problem is, whenever you turn on the 360 controller, the 360 turns on.
