The decision depends on the buyer. I'm a Rock band girl all the way, but that's just me. I think Rock band has better songs, graphics, and it's much more organized than guitar hero. In contrast, Guitar Hero has the create-a-song feature which attracts many people and has a more grittier feel to it. But like I said, the choice is up to you.

Personally, I like Guitar hero better. I think the guitar is better and playing is 'easier,' well not really easier, but in a way more accurate. But that's just my opinion. If you plan on playing with a lot of people, Rock Band is fun too. If you're looking for a deal, I would just go with the cheaper one, because you'll probably have the same amount of fun with either one!
