Whatever it is, I'm pretty sure that what you need is a VGA Cable and the small adapter that is showed in the 4th picture (from left to right). It should allows you to connect the VGA Cable of the CRT Monitor and the VGA Cable for the xbox 360. However, I'm NOT sure that this package does include the small adapter. By I guess, it should be there.

You can get a third party adapter that works as well as the one made by MS. BTW, VGA adapters only supports up to 720p. You might as well get a KVM switch if you use your computer with that monitor too so you don't have to change cables.

You have to buyt an adapter that converts the input. Bring your info to an electronics store and have the help you , It is possible we've done it. Make sure you set the 360 to 1080 cause most monitors are capable of 1080 or at least 720

Well, you can hook up the Xbox to a computer monitor. But, I honestly don't know how in your situation. A non-feasible way, is to run a capture card from a usb port on your computer with your Xbox plugged into the capture card and the feed will come on your monitor. However, that would be pricey and not worth it. I'm sure somebody else will be able to give you a good answer, I'd like to know as well.
