Who can I contact next?

How can a Real Estate Agent automatically "edit" a contact and change "next contact date" from the contact list from an online salespipeline website? There are too many contacts overdue to do this one by one when sending a mass email. Should I look into writing a script? Any help is great. I

• I log into my "pipeline" and 60 contacts that are overdue. Many of the contacts have not replied in many many months - calling each is difficult to do. But since they are expired, I need a quick way to click on their "edit" button next to their name and change the "next contact date" so it is no longer an expired lead. This is a web based lead source, not downloaded to my computer. I'm looking to be able to do this by "running a script?" or by any means that automates the update process.

  Can you export the contact list to a CSV or excel file, then change there and reimport? There are ways you can script this process, but if you're not an experienced programmer I am not sure you'd be able to figure this process out in a reasonable amount of time (eg: better to outsource, as it sounds like you don't have much experience with software, yes?)
