    Advantages of intensive is mainly higher yield. Less die through disease, less movement and warmer temperatures mean less energy lost through respiration. Less pests eat crops, etc. Disadvantages, increase in antibiotic resistance to the people who eat the meat. Increased amounts of pesticides in the crops. Not environmentally friendly. Organic less pesticides, better quality of life for animals. Disadvantages lower yield more expensive for consumers.
