    Not really, because the problem is anyone can request for anyones account to be deleted. That is the reason of a secret question. It should be something you know a 100%. So it will garuntee you to get emailed on your alternate email address. Hence you really can't prove who you are, and if you are the legitamate owner of the account. So unless you figure out the password your really out of luck. For future reference I suggest keeping your passwords here http://keepass.info/ Its a password locker with 256kb AES encryption which is considered military grade.
