I guess what you are looking for is an online free-of-charge encyclopedia? Not sure what you mean by "official and real" - do you mean credible source of information? If so, that rules out a Google search. I would start by looking up: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_online_encyclopedias

Well any sites like Wikipedia are all editable so use resources like online articles or biography's, use an online library database like EBSCO Host etc.
