    You should not unload images of living people unless you took the image yourself or it is in the public domain. The theory is that it is possible for someone to take a picture of the person. Which is true in most cases.

Unless you own the copyright to a picture or can prove you have the express permission to use it they will not allow you to put it up. Also under the Human Rights Laws in the UK and Europe you cannot do it because [Ha Ha] you contravene his Human Rights to privacy!

There's an upload link at the bottom left box. ("Upload file") Use it to upload the image. It has to be already on your computer though. Also, make sure the image is small enough and under the limits they've set before trying to upload. Otherwise, you'll get an error.
