    Internet is free in my country Iran. We don't have copy-right laws and everything is available for a very cheap price. I guess you can use it.

Not only Gnu Free Document License (GFDL). Images in Commons have either GFDL or Creative Commons (CC) licenses. You need to check and follow it's license.

Yes you are free to use that image but you must follow GNU free license as well. That means you will allow other people to copy and use that particular image from your website. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:GNU_Free_Documentation_License
