I cant get on to facebook cause im in china??? proxy?

I believe facebook is banned in China. And a proxy most likely wont work. sorry a bummer.

I think the Chinese government would take into account proxies, and they probably won't work. Afterall, it is a government thing, not a minor school thing. Sorry.
